Super Pinball: Behind the Mask is a pinball simulator for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System that was released in 1994 in North America and Japan.[2]
The game features three completely unique tables: the clown-themed "Jolly Joker", the pirate themed "Blackbeard and Ironmen", and the fantasy-themed "Wizard.[2]" All tables are shown in a tilted 3D view, which fits the entire table on the screen without the need for scrolling, with marquee messages and bonuses displayed as giant overlays on the screen.[2] The game can be played from one to four players.[2] Vivid 3D graphics help simulate the feeling of authentic pinball and an instruction manual allows players to quickly learn the controls.[3]
